Little Paper Planes
Looking for something to spice up your walls, but aren’t quite in the bracket that can afford, say, a Banksy or a David Choe piece yet? Have a wander over to Little Paper Planes instead then. This recently relocated to San Fran. artist shop features prints, clothing, jewelry, and more from up and coming artists. What started in 2004 for as a place for a few artists to support themselves while working on their painting careers has grown into a full-blown gallery site with a huge selection of reasonably priced, creative prints. For example, have a look at Ebb by Melissa Moss which costs a whopping $25:
And, of course, being a huge fan of mid-century modern, I can’t help but love the Modern Design Deck print by Jen Renninger:
Have a look at some of their others. For a couple of benjamins, you could probably get an apartment’s worth of wall art.
